What started as a necessity during the pandemic, is now a powerful tool that can catapult you towards your goals faster than ever before, wherever you happen to be. Forgo the 30 minute drive to the gym, and train with expert guidance in the space that is most convenient for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there difference in results between in person and online training?

There is no difference between what you can accomplish through virtual training and in person. While some may have a preference for one over the other, there are many who have had tremendous success through online training only.

What equipment and how much room do I need?

Whatever equipment you currently have is sufficient for this practice. You’ll want to work within a space slightly larger than a yoga mat with enough ceiling height to outstretch your arms overhead. Even a calisthenic only practice can be extremely effective!

How do I ask questions in between sessions?

Simple inquiries about your current practice can be asked via email or text between sessions.

What are your cancellation policies?

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be forfeit.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds are offered for packages. If you are unable to continue training due to medical reasons you can transfer your remaining sessions to another person without penalty.
