Kettlebell Clean

  • Start with the same set up as the kettlebell swing.

  • Hike the bell back and keep the upper arm glued to the ribs from the backswing.

  • Allow the kettlebell to rotate around the wrist.

  • Keep the shoulder low (keep your lats activated) throughout the clean.

  • Keep the arc of the bell as close to the body as possible.
