Kettlebell Snatch

Start with the same set up as your swing.

Hike the bell

As you lock out your hips keep your elbow and upper arm glued to your ribs and redirect the force of the bell vertically.

As the bell travels upward “punch” your hand through the handle rotating the bell and meeting it at the lock out.
