Kettlebell Turkish Get Up

From the fetal position, grasp the handle with a deep, strong grip and roll onto your back. Elbow vertical non working arm and leg out 45 degrees from your centerline.

Press the kettlebell

1 Drive the working side heel into the ground and come up to the elbow.

2 Come up to the palm.

3 bring the outstretched leg underneath you be lifting up on the hand and heel, bringing the leg in line with the down hand and perpendicular to the down leg.

4 Hinge the hip and sit up to a kneeling position

5 Pivot the front knee 90 degrees into a lunge position

6 Lunge to stand & reverse the steps to come down.
